What We Offer Your Participants

Clinically Led, Registered Provider

We are a registered NDIS provider led by a Director with direct clinical experience across disability, aged care, ABI, mental health, dementia, and complex care. Referrers can be confident that clinical governance and quality oversight are embedded in how we operate, not just stated in a brochure.

Multidisciplinary Services Under One Provider

Registered nursing, therapeutic supports (Master’s-qualified counsellor), support coordination, plan management, personal care, and community access, coordinated under one provider, minimising fragmentation in your participant’s support network.

Our team has depth of experience supporting participants with disability, acquired brain injury, mental health conditions, and complex or high-care needs. We do not shy away from complexity.

Referral FAQs

Who can submit a referral to Bihi Healthcare Services?

We accept referrals from support coordinators, LACs, GPs, allied health professionals, community organisations, participants, family members, and nominees. If you are unsure whether a referral is suitable, contact our team and we will advise.

What information do I need to submit a referral?

Basic participant details, current NDIS plan status, a summary of support needs, and any relevant clinical or background information that would assist our intake assessment. You do not need to have everything, we can work through gaps during the intake process.

Do you support participants with complex or high-care needs?

Yes. Our registered nursing team and multidisciplinary structure mean we are equipped to support participants with complex clinical, disability, mental health, and ABI-related needs. We encourage referrals for participants whose complexity has made finding a suitable provider difficult.

What NDIS funding types do you accept?

We accept NDIS Agency-managed, Plan-managed, and Self-managed funding. Please include the participant’s funding type in your referral to assist with our intake process.

What geographic areas do you cover?

We service Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria, including Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula, Shepparton, and Warrnambool. Contact us to confirm coverage for specific locations.
