OUR FOUR-STEP PROCESS

From First Contact to Ongoing, Quality Support

01

Initial Consultation

Discovery Phase

Every journey with Bihi Healthcare Services begins with a conversation. Our clinical and coordination team takes the time to understand your situation, your support goals, your health and disability-related needs, and your personal preferences. There is no standardised intake script, we listen.

02

Clinical and Needs Assessment

Assessment Phase

Our team conducts a thorough assessment that considers your NDIS plan goals, clinical requirements, lifestyle, and circumstances. Where nursing or therapeutic support is required, this assessment involves clinical professionals with direct experience in your area of need.

03

Personalised Support Plan

Planning Phase

We develop a tailored support plan that aligns your NDIS funding with the specific services, schedules, and qualified professionals best suited to your situation. You are involved in every decision. Nothing is finalised without your input and agreement.

04

Ongoing Support, Review, and Adjustment

Implementation Phase

Support commencement is not the end of the process, it is the beginning. We conduct regular reviews, maintain open communication with participants, families, and referral partners, and proactively adjust support arrangements as your needs and goals evolve.

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Quality Is Not a One-Time Assessment: It’s a Continuous Standard

As a registered NDIS provider, we operate within the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s framework, but we hold ourselves to standards that go beyond compliance.

  • Qualified Professionals at Every Level

Every person delivering services under Bihi Healthcare Services, from our registered nurses to our support workers, meets defined qualification, clearance, and experience standards. We do not lower these standards based on operational convenience.
  • Clinical Oversight

Our nursing services and complex care supports operate under clinical governance led by experienced healthcare professionals. This oversight is what makes our model genuinely safe for participants with complex needs.
  • Individual, Not Formulaic

We do not apply generic support plans. Every participant’s plan is built from scratch around their specific goals, health conditions, lifestyle, and what they have told us matters most to them.
  • Accountability to Participants and Families

We communicate clearly and honestly. If something is not working, we address it directly. Participants and families always have a point of contact who knows their situation.
