Bihi Healthcare Services offers a full suite of NDIS-funded and healthcare support services, delivered by a clinically led, multidisciplinary team with real experience across disability, mental health, aged care, ABI, and complex care. Every service we provide reflects our commitment to clinical excellence, professional accountability, and genuine person-centred care.
Clinical nursing support for participants with complex and high-care health needs. Our registered nurses deliver medication management, wound care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital transition support, coordinated with GPs and specialists to ensure safe, seamless care.
Individual counselling delivered by a Master’s-qualified mental health counsellor. Sessions address emotional regulation, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and mental health management, evidence-informed and tailored to the participant’s goals and NDIS plan.
Professional NDIS plan management that removes the administrative burden from participants and families. We handle invoice processing, provider payments, budget monitoring, and clear financial reporting, keeping your funding transparent, efficient, and on track.
Experienced support coordination that goes beyond connecting participants to providers. We help participants deeply understand their plans, resolve service gaps, build robust support networks, and navigate complex system interactions, drawing on particular experience in disability, mental health, ABI, and aged care.
Skilled personal care support delivered by experienced, Certificate III-qualified support workers. Services include personal hygiene and grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompting, all provided in the participant’s home with dignity, consistency, and respect.
Dedicated support enabling participants to actively engage in social, recreational, cultural, and community activities. We focus on building authentic inclusion, confidence, and independence, helping participants develop social connections and pursue the activities that bring meaning and quality to their lives.
Our services are shaped by a Director with direct clinical and operational experience across disability, aged care, mental health, ABI, dementia, and substance abuse support. This is not a management team with a business background, it is a clinically experienced leader who understands what quality care actually requires.
Registered nurses, a Master’s-qualified counsellor, and Certificate III-qualified support workers with at least two years’ sector experience. Every service is delivered by a professional who meets a defined, meaningful qualification standard.
Rather than referring participants to multiple disconnected providers, Bihi Healthcare Services offers coordinated support across nursing, counselling, support coordination, plan management, and personal care, all under one provider.
As a registered NDIS provider who has passed the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s audit process, we meet the formal compliance requirements that give participants, families, and referrers genuine assurance.
