OUR STORY

Founded on Clinical Experience. Built for Real Impact.

Bihi Healthcare Services was established with a straightforward but ambitious purpose: to deliver NDIS and healthcare support that genuinely meets the complexity of what participants and families face.

Our Director brings extensive, hands-on clinical and operational experience spanning disability support, aged care, dementia, acquired brain injury (ABI), mental health, substance abuse support, and complex care environments. That background shapes everything, from how we recruit and train our team, to how we design support plans and communicate with families and referral partners.

Today, our multidisciplinary team includes NDIS-experienced registered nurses, a Master’s-qualified mental health counsellor, and skilled support workers who each bring a minimum Certificate III qualification and at least two years’ direct sector experience. We operate across Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria, providing services that consistently meet the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s national standards.

Over the course of my career, I have worked directly alongside people navigating some of the most challenging circumstances, complex disability, aged care transitions, acquired brain injury recovery, mental health crises, and more. That experience has given me a clear understanding of what quality care actually looks like in practice, and what families and participants deserve to expect from their provider.

At Bihi Healthcare Services, we hold ourselves to a high standard because our participants deserve nothing less. We recruit professionals who combine clinical competence with genuine empathy. We communicate openly, respond promptly, and remain accountable to the people we support. Every support plan we develop is built around the individual, their goals, their circumstances, their choices.

Our registered nurses bring clinical expertise across complex health conditions. Our Master’s-qualified counsellor delivers evidence-informed therapeutic support. Our support workers are Certificate III-qualified with relevant sector experience. And our Director’s cross-sector clinical background ensures our organisation is led by someone who understands the full complexity of participant needs.

OUR ACCREDITATION

Registered NDIS Provider: Quality and Safety Assured

Bihi Healthcare Services is a registered NDIS provider. We have successfully completed the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s audit process, demonstrating that our organisation meets the national standards required to deliver registered NDIS supports.

As a registered provider, we are authorised to deliver higher-intensity and clinical supports, including registered nursing, therapeutic supports, and other services that require provider registration under the NDIS framework.

Registration details, certification numbers, and compliance documentation are available upon request. We are committed to full transparency with participants, families, referral partners, and regulatory bodies.
